I will be incorporating rebirthing breath work mastery, subconscious re-programming inner work and somatic's to land you where you need to be in order to be out there doing what you love.
We will cover:
- weekly sessions catered to your individual needs where we map out what your intentions are and goals to really define and project the trajectory you are headed.
-We will use my expertise in body and breath connection using Rebirthing Breath work Mastery to clear the stress and limiting beliefs in your body so you can take action with ease.
-We will use reiki energy healing and sound healing to harmonise and bring balance to your energy body and have attunement's regularly to keep you grounded and connected to your soul.
-We will create a business plan and do the strategy so you can thrive with your epic heart gifts to quantum leap into your purpose.
-Depending on where you are at in your business, I will help you to create the foundations and build your brand.
-Maximising social media and marketing to gain the aligned clients, customers or buyers depending on what you're pursuing. Social media connection and building community to be abundant in your visibility and expertise.
-Helping you stay in your lane and maximise what your lane is. Getting so clear on what it is you do and communicating that effectively.
-We will continue to refine your vision, goals and intentions to support your growth and continue to up level through every season of where you are headed as a woman living her dreams and purpose.
-The best part is we will do the DEEP inner work to release stress, clear what is getting in the way of your next level and break through to land in your intentions every single time.

You will receive:
- one on one session weekly - 1 hour and 30 min session
-outside voice messaging support between calls
-weekly homework and practice
-Access to any masterclasses and group breath journeys I hold.
Investment: $180 AUD a week or Pay in FULL.
All mentoring will be 3 month, 6 month or 12 month options.
